Naviance - A college resource for parents and studentsNaviance Family Connection is a resource for students and families to research colleges and universities. It will also allow students to take a personality inventory and then have potential careers listed for them based on their results. Naviance will then allow students to search for colleges and universities that offer majors for those careers. Naviance allows students to search for and compare colleges/universities located in and around southern California as well as all over the world based on selected criteria. Other aspects of Naviance allow students to indicate schools of interest and students can then be notified via Naviance when representatives from those schools will be on campus. It will also allow students to maintain a current profile to aid in letter writing and completing college applications. To log onto Naviance (https://connection.naviance.com/fc/signin.php?hsid=anaheimhs ), parents should use the personal user ID and password recently sent home from the district office.
